all pieces are carefully packed and shipped from amsterdam, the netherlands via PostNL.
because every piece is handmade, slight variations in shape, glaze and finish may occur. this is part of the character of handmade ceramics.
processing time
orders are usually packed and shipped within 2–5 business days.
during collection drops, launches or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. if this happens, it will always be communicated clearly through instagram or email updates.
made-to-order pieces may require additional production time. estimated timelines will be mentioned on the product page.
shipping within the netherlands
orders within the netherlands are shipped with track & trace via postnl.

studio karez currently ships to most european countries via postnl international services.

- europe: 3–10 business days
shipping times may vary depending on customs processing, local carriers and busy holiday periods.
any customs fees, import taxes or additional charges outside the netherlands are the responsibility of the customer.
packaging
all ceramics are packed with great care using protective packaging materials to help ensure safe delivery.
where possible, packaging materials are reused or recyclable.
damaged parcels
if your order arrives damaged, please email photos of:
- the damaged item
- the packaging
- the shipping label
within 48 hours of delivery.
this helps with insurance claims through the shipping carrier and allows studio karez to find a suitable solution.
lost packages
once a package has been handed over to postnl, studio karez is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
if your package appears lost, please contact studio karez and we will do our best to help start an investigation with postnl.
incorrect shipping information
please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.
studio karez is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. additional shipping costs caused by returned parcels may need to be covered by the customer.
local pickup
local pickup may occasionally be available in amsterdam during specific drops or events. if available, this option will appear at checkout.
